In addition to our offered programs, InspireOut supports organizations who strive for positive social and environmental change through long duration expeditions.

From August 2011 to February 2012, InspireOut Co-founders Melissa and Justin are cycling the spine of the Andes in South America,   riding bicycles from Lima, Peru to Ushuaia, Argentina to inspire and encourage exploration and travel in foreign lands.

While on the road, help InspireOut raise $1,050 US for Bicycles Without Borders to donate two ambulances and one new bike to rural communities in Malawi, Africa, where access to transportation is scarce.

A bike ambulance (bike plus wheeled stretcher) brings ambulance service to remote communities where previously the ill would have to be carried up to 15 km to get to a clinic or hospital, or pay for expensive auto or oxcart transport, if those are even available.
